Welcome to Nature! The terms “we”, “us” and “our” refer to Nature. These Terms and Conditions (“Terms of Service” or “Terms”) govern your use of our services, including the website, online store, and all products and services offered through the site. Please read these Terms carefully before using our services. By accessing or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these Terms or the Privacy Policy, do not use our services.
1. Access and Account
To use our services, you represent that you are of legal age under Italian law and provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information. You are responsible for the security of your credentials and all activity under your account.
2. Products
We make every effort to provide accurate descriptions of our products, but colors, appearance, and details may vary from what is displayed on your screen. All products may be subject to changes or availability limitations without notice.
3. Orders and Acceptance
By placing an order, you are making an offer to purchase. Orders are accepted only when you receive a confirmation email. If there are any issues with your order, we will contact you promptly. All purchases are for personal, non-commercial use.
4. Prices and Payment
Prices are indicated on the site and include VAT. You agree to provide complete and up-to-date payment information and guarantee that the payment method used is authorized and valid.
5. Shipping and Delivery
We ship worldwide. Delivery times are estimated and not guaranteed. Once delivered to the carrier, the risk passes to the customer. Any delays caused by carriers, customs, or events beyond our control are not our responsibility. Shipping is free on all orders, including taxes and duties.
6. Right of Withdrawal and Returns
Under Legislative Decree 206/2005 (Consumer Code), you have the right to withdraw from a purchase within 14 days of receiving the product without providing a reason, including in cases where you received a defective, damaged, or incorrect product.
To exercise your right of withdrawal:
- Contact us by email at info@nature.promo providing your order number and the products you wish to return.
- Products must be returned in their original condition, in the original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless otherwise indicated.
Refunds will be processed within 14 days of receiving the returned products, using the same payment method used for the purchase.
7. Legal Warranty of Conformity
All goods purchased from Nature are covered by the legal warranty of conformity provided by the Consumer Code, with a minimum duration of 24 months. In case of non-conformity, contact our customer service at info@nature.promo describing the issue.
8. Intellectual Property
All content on the site, including trademarks, images, text, and videos, is the property of Nature or its licensors. Reproduction, distribution, or modification without written permission is prohibited.
9. Relationship with Shopify
Nature uses Shopify to provide the Services, but all sales are made directly with Nature. Shopify is not responsible for any purchases, damages, or transactions.

Any suggestions or feedback sent to Nature may be used freely, without any obligation of confidentiality or compensation.

Nature reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. Changes will take effect upon publication on the site. Continued use of the services constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
15. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by Italian law. For any disputes, the competent court will be that of the consumer's place of residence or, alternatively, the court of Vicenza (Italy) for non-consumer users.
